Okay this is an art trade for 
It's supposed to be Kos Mos from Xeno Saga..or something... some game I never played.
I went to kos-mos.org for reference pics and all the official art had all these different versions of her. I guess I kinda combined all of them into one..and came up with this..so don't mind any discoloring in her costume. Anyway I hope you enjoy ^_~

Nice and adorable but is out character, Kos-mos red eyes mode a no emotion and never smile but were she in blue eyes mode can do it
